The Consul General of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies in Athens, Hippolyte Garrou, informs the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the Duke of Parma, Charles III, “recognizing that there is no representation of the Duchy in Greece”, accredits him as Consul General of the Duchy of Parma in Athens as well.
